 items may ship from different locations

• orders may arrive in multiple packages

• production begins shortly after purchase

• cancellation may be impossible once production starts

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• carriers

• incorrect addresses

• force majeure events

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Non‑returnable items include:

• personalized products

• IS Urban Movement branded items

• made‑to‑order products

These items are legally exempt from the right of return under EU regulations (2026).
