  • Processing time: Once the package is received and verified by our partner center, your refund will be processed automatically within 24–48 hours.

  • Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and strictly inside its original clear packaging with all barcode (SKU) tags intact.

2. Standard EU Statutory Window (Days 8–14)

In accordance with EU law, you retain the right to withdraw from your purchase up to 14 days after delivery. For requests made between day 8 and day 14, the following statutory conditions apply:

  • Return Address: Items cannot be sent to our fast-track partner warehouses. You must contact our support team to receive our private headquarters' return address.

  • Return Shipping Costs: In compliance with EU Regulation Art. 14(1), the customer is solely responsible for all return shipping fees. We strictly require a trackable shipping service.

  • Processing & Inspection Time: Standard returns sent to our headquarters undergo a manual quality inspection. The refund process for standard returns may take up to 14 business days after we physically receive the item.

  • Condition: The product must be completely unused, with all original tags attached. Any missing packaging or signs of wear will result in a proportional reduction of the refund amount or rejection of the return.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Because we offer both exclusive custom print-on-demand items and curated factory apparel, shipping timelines vary by item type.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • Custom-Made Items (Print-on-Demand): These items are made to order especially for you. Production takes 2–5 business days before dispatch.

  • Standard Stock Items: These items are processed and prepared for shipping within 2–4 business days.

  • Please note: If your order contains items from both categories, they will be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Thanks to our regional fulfillment centers and localized production facilities in both the USA and the EU, we ensure the fastest possible delivery routes.

  • Shipping to the USA:

    • Custom-Made Items (Localized US production): 3–15business days after fulfillment.

    • Standard Stock Items: 8–14 business days.

  • Shipping to the European Union (EU):

    • Custom-Made Items (Localized EU production): 4–15 business days after fulfillment.

    • Standard Stock Items: 7–15 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • For orders to the US and EU countries, all shipping rates, applicable VAT, and customs duties are automatically calculated Checkout based on the specific import laws and tax regulations of your destination country 

4. Duties, Taxes, and VAT

  • For EU Customers: Value Added Tax (VAT) is automatically calculated and collected at checkout. Because many items are produced locally in the EU, and imported items utilize streamlined customs procedures, you will not face any unexpected import duties or clearance fees upon delivery.

  • For USA Customers: All orders valued under $800 are entirely exempt from import tariffs and customs duties.

5. Split Shipments

To avoid delaying your entire order, items from different manufacturing partners will be dispatched as soon as they are ready. This means your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number(s). You can monitor your shipment’s progress directly via the link provided in the email or through global tracking platforms like 17track.net. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking data to update.
