Return Policy

You may request a return of eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. For questions about delivery or returns, email info@is-urbanmovement.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions and the return address in Brussels, Belgium. Please contact us before sending an item back.

For ordinary returns, the customer pays return shipping. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the European Union. We offer custom print-on-demand items and standard stock apparel.

Processing and Delivery Times

Order processing takes an estimated 5–10 business days. Delivery within the EU takes an estimated additional 5–10 business days after dispatch. Weekends and holidays are excluded. These are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Split Shipments

Items from different fulfillment partners may arrive in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
